Through my experience, I've seen that true healing takes place within the safety of compassionate relations. Together, we will honour your unique experiences, gently exploring attachment patterns and past trauma at a pace that feels right for you. In this space, you will be deeply seen, heard, and supported. We will work to rebuild trust, cultivate safety, and develop emotional regulation, empowering you to heal and nurture stronger, healthier connections, with yourself and with others.

Meet Claudia

Hi!  I’m Claudia, a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I’m here to walk alongside you on your healing journey, offering a compassionate, trauma-informed, and supportive space where you can feel safe to be yourself.

I believe that healing starts with connection and trust. From the very first session, I work to build that foundation, ensuring you feel heard and supported as we move at a pace that feels right for you.

I am here to offer you a safe, compassionate space – one where you feel deeply seen, heard, and understood.

Together, we can gain insight into why certain triggers evoke such strong reactions, why boundary-setting feels so difficult, or why your mind and body sometimes seem to be working against you.
