Individual therapy is a collaborative process which allows individuals to explore their concerns in a safe and confidential environment. Work with me one-on-one to explore how past experiences influence your present self and who you are. Together we will identify your goals and desired change.
My approach to psychotherapy is person-centered, and I believe that clients are the experts of their own experiences. I draw on various modalities, including Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Narrative and Compassion Focused Therapy.​

Payment Details
Individual Session
$160 per 60 minute session.
Payment Methods
Visa, Mastercard, American Express or e-transfer.
Sliding Scale
We offer sliding scale spots to make therapy more accessible for those experiencing financial barriers.
Insurance
The cost of psychotherapy services are covered by most health benefit plans. At the end of each session, you will be provided with a digital receipt that can be submitted to your insurance provider. Please note that it is your responsibility to confirm if psychotherapy services are covered under your plan.
